Is there plan to upload Report generation model?
Pretrained llm and projectors.
Thanks for your interest in Merlin! Currently, we aren't able to release the pretrained weights because our dataset is undergoing review for protected health information (PHI). We plan to publicly release this dataset soon, and we’re holding off on releasing other components, especially the generative aspects, of Merlin until the dataset is fully approved and available. We'll update here as soon as everything is ready. In the meantime, I would recommend checking out this RadLlama model: https://huggingface.co/StanfordAIMI/GREEN-RadLlama2-7b.
